Macgyver is a Takeo x Mitsue pup. Pictures below were taken under a year old.

Update on Hachiko - past pup (part 2)

We love hearing about our past pups. Thank you for the updates. Hachi is another Takeo son.

'here are some pics of hachi couple days after his first birthday
he is doing great , and we could not be happier with him
thank you for giving us  such an angel'

Our Shiba's - Hiro

Our Handsome Hiro has started filling out as he transitions into adulthood. He turned one in April an is absolutely gorgeous: thick slanted ears, dark slanty eyes, nice body structure and rich red coat. I took some recent pictures, but don't mind the coat blowing!

Hiro is a character. Very playful and outgoing. If he isn't playing with his shiba friends, he is definitley bugging them! Loves his toys, fetch, or even a good petting. Give him something to do and he is one happy Shiba!

Our Shiba's - Winnie (part 2)

More recent pictures of Winnie. She is due in a month and already showing. I find with our Shibas, they normally don't start showing until 2-3 weeks before they due date. I am guessing Winnie will have a large litter of 5-6.

Our Shiba's - Bliss

Another Winnie Daughter, Bliss is second generation Barrett Shiba. Bliss is a silly little girl. She loves other dogs and shows her affection by grabbing onto their cheeks and wagging her tail. She is a beauty with her dark slanty eyes, fox like face and lush red sesame coat. Nippo looking (like her father). She is outgoing and fun loving. Definitely a Gem in our house hold.

Our Shiba's - Ebony

Ebony is a Winnie daughter and second generation Barrett Shiba. We were excited when this litter was born and we ended up keeping back three pups for our program.
Ebony is a lovable sweetheart who just wants to please and very easy going. Still a big pup, she loves chewing on anything she can get her paws on. I am hoping she outgrows this soon :o)
She can be very submissive toward new dogs but as soon as she knows they are her friend, she is their best friend. Aloof with strange people but warms up quickly.

Long Time No See!

It's been awhile since my last post. I have been so busy with our family and Shibas; On top of that, my computer decided to acted up. Thank goodness for my IPOD ... I am still able to check my emails. Since I am able to use a family members computer today, I figured I should update my Blog.

Lots has happened since Spring. We have rehomed three of our Shiba's:

Dite, our cream girl, went to a family in Calgary. Her new best bud is Hiro, a dark cream 7yr old Shiba.  She is doing fantastic and has adjusted well to the change.   Thank you Vyetta and Tony for giving her such a good home!

Teddy, our blk and tan male, went to Ontario to be with his new family. We still co-own him and look forward to seeing him again in the near future for visits. He is now is a pack of 4 other Shiba's and is adjusting well. Thanks Nicole.

Tina, our red and white girl, recently moved to Saskatchewan to share a home with Zoe, a younger Shiba. We will keep you posted on how she is doing. Thank you Jaime and Mark.

Keep watching as I have more updates coming!
